A Streetwear Factory Built for Growing Brands
Adiwe is a China-based streetwear manufacturer with two full-scale production bases — one in mainland Hubei, one on the Guangdong coast — each running the whole process in-house: cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing. For over 10 years we have produced custom T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, pants, shorts and shirts for brands worldwide, from 100 pieces per style and colour.
- 10+ years manufacturing
- 2 full-process production bases (Hubei & Guangdong)
- Cut · sew · print · finish · pack in-house
- MOQ from 100 pcs / style & colour

We are a factory, not a trading company
Adiwe is a large clothing manufacturer based in China, focused on casual and streetwear apparel. We are not a small workshop or a trading office: we own the machines, the pattern makers, the sample rooms and the quality-control teams at both of our production bases — which is why our fit, print and finish stay the same from your sample to your fifth reorder.
We work with two kinds of clients: established brands who need a dependable OEM partner, and founders launching a first collection who need a factory that will actually explain the process instead of hiding behind a price list. In both cases you deal with a named account manager, not a call centre.
From a tech pack or even a reference photo, we handle OEM and ODM: pattern making, fabric selection, sampling, bulk production, decoration, quality control, packing and export documentation — one team from concept to your warehouse.
- Own production lines for cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing — not subcontracted.
- Low, honest MOQs from 100 pcs per style and colour, so small brands can start.
- Transparent quotes that break down fabric, labour, decoration and packing.
- English-speaking merchandisers who reply within one business day.
- Factory-floor photo and video updates through every stage of your order.
- One point of contact from your first sample to final shipping.

Two full-scale production bases — not a small workshop
Adiwe runs two complete production facilities in China. Both bases handle the full process in-house — cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing — under one roof. We are not a small workshop that subcontracts your order to an unknown third party: we have the people, the lines and the backup capacity to run your order properly.
Hubei base — mainland China
A full-scale production base in mainland China covering cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing.
- Cut · sew · print · finish · pack under one roof
- Located in mainland China, where labour and overhead costs are lower
- Cost advantage reflected in your unit price
Guangdong base — China's southern coast
A full-scale production base in Guangdong covering cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing.
- Cut · sew · print · finish · pack under one roof
- Close to the Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports
- Fast export and short shipping to the coast and overseas
| Production base | In-house capability | Advantage for your order |
|---|---|---|
| Hubei (mainland China) | Cutting · sewing · printing · finishing · packing | Lower production cost — mainland China cost base |
| Guangdong (southern coast) | Cutting · sewing · printing · finishing · packing | Fast export logistics near Shenzhen / Guangzhou ports |

Scale you can feel: why a big factory means faster, safer delivery
Size is not a vanity number — it is why our lead times hold and our quality stays steady. Here is what our scale does for your order:
More lines, more hands
250+ skilled workers across two full-production bases. Your order runs in parallel instead of queuing behind everyone else's.
Two full bases = backup capacity
When one base is at full load or your order spikes, we shift production to the other. Peak season does not push your delivery date out.
Faster sampling & turnaround
Dedicated sample rooms and pattern makers at both bases get your pre-production sample out in 7–10 days.
Volume buying power
We buy fabric and trims in large volumes, so materials are always available — and your order will not stall mid-run waiting for cloth.
Experienced operators
Long-serving machinists mean cleaner stitching, fewer defects and steadier output across the whole run.
No third-party sewing
Every base does the whole process in-house — you can visit, audit or video-tour the lines making your garments.
Large capacity, two full bases and in-house processing are exactly why our bulk lead time stays at 20–30 days even on bigger orders — and why reorders ship faster than a first order.
Inside the factory: what we can make and do
Most “manufacturers” you will find online are trading offices that forward your order to a workshop you never see. Here is the work that actually happens under our roof.
Fabric sourcing & preparation
Jersey, fleece, French terry, rib and blends in cotton, CVC, polyester and spandex — sourced to your spec, inspected and relaxed before cutting.
Cutting
Fabric relaxation before cutting, marker optimisation to cut waste, and numbered bundles that keep every size true across the run.
Sewing
Overlock, coverstitch, flatlock and bartack machines. Dedicated lines for tees, hoodies and joggers, run by 250+ operators.
Decoration in-house
Screen printing (up to multi-colour), DTG, sublimation, puff and discharge print, embroidery, patches and heat transfer.
Washing & finishing
Garment dye, acid wash, enzyme wash and silicone softening — the vintage, washed or soft-hand finishes streetwear lives on.
Trims, labels & packing
Woven and printed labels, hang tags, barcodes, poly bags and custom packaging — retail-ready when it leaves the factory.

How your order moves through the factory
A typical run looks like this. Timelines are for reference — your account manager confirms exact dates with your quote.
- Tech pack & consultation day 0You send a tech pack, a sample or a reference photo. We come back with a transparent quote, fabric options, MOQ and timeline.
- Fabric & materials 2–3 daysWe pull fabric and trim swatches from our vetted mills, and confirm weight, colour and hand-feel before anything is cut.
- Sampling 7–10 daysWe sew a pre-production sample and a size set. You check fit, fabric, print and labels — nothing moves to bulk until you approve.
- Bulk cutting after approvalApproved fabric is relaxed, cut from optimised markers and bundled by size and colour.
- Sewing & decorationGarments are assembled on our lines, then printed, embroidered or washed to your spec.
- Quality controlIn-line checks during sewing and a final AQL inspection with measurements and colour verification against your approved sample.
- Packing & shipping bulk 20–30 daysFolding, poly bags, cartons and export documents, then dispatch by your chosen method (EXW, FOB or DDP).
Quality control at three checkpoints
Quality is a process, not a promise. Your order passes three gates before it is allowed to ship.
| Stage | What we check | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming fabric inspection | Weight (GSM), shrinkage, colourfastness, shade and defects roll by roll | Non-conforming fabric rejected before it is ever cut |
| In-line inspection | Stitch density, seam strength, measurements, print placement, symmetry | Problems caught during sewing, not after 1,000 pieces |
| Final inspection | AQL 2.5 sampling, measurement spec, colour match to the approved sample, labels and packing | An inspection report before your goods leave |
Lab tests — colourfastness, shrinkage, pilling and fibre content — can be arranged on request, with reports supplied for your own compliance files.

Certifications & compliance
Compliance is part of manufacturing, not an afterthought. Depending on the fabric and your market, we work to the following standards:
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics
Tested-safe fabrics are available on request for styles where skin contact and chemical safety matter to your customers.
REACH, CPSIA & Prop 65
Materials and labelling prepared to meet EU REACH and US CPSIA / California Prop 65 requirements for your destination market.
Social-compliance audits
We support buyer and third-party factory audits, including BSCI-style social-compliance reviews, when your account requires them.
Test reports on request
Fibre content, colourfastness, shrinkage and pilling reports can be supplied for your product-compliance files.
Certification and test-report availability varies by fabric and order quantity — ask your account manager and we will confirm exactly what we can provide before you commit.
Responsible production
Making clothing has an environmental cost, and we try to reduce the part of it we control:
- Fabric waste is sorted and recycled rather than sent to landfill where possible.
- Water-based and low-impact inks are used for printing wherever the design allows.
- Energy-efficient machinery and optimised cutting markers reduce waste per garment.
- Plastic-reduced packing options — paper tags and recycled cartons — are available on request.

In-house documentation and shipping coordination, so your cartons, invoices and paperwork arrive correct and on time.

About Adiwe — frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour for most knitwear such as T-shirts and hoodies, with 100 pieces per style and colour for some styles and fabrics. Smaller trial runs can often be arranged — tell us your target quantity and we will find a way to make it work.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Adiwe runs two full-process production bases in China — Hubei (mainland China) and Guangdong (southern coast) — each covering cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing in-house. We own the machines and the teams that make your order rather than forwarding it to an unknown workshop, and our scale means better prices, faster sampling and dependable bulk lead times.
Can I visit or tour the factory?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit by appointment, and for overseas clients we offer live video tours of the production floor and will send photos and video updates at every stage of your order — fabric, sampling, cutting, sewing, QC and packing.
Can Adiwe products be customised?
Yes. You can choose designs, colours, fabrics, weights and hardware, and add your own branding — woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, embroidery and custom packaging. Send us your design or reference and we will confirm options and pricing.
How long does sampling and production take?
A pre-production sample and size set usually take 7–10 days. Bulk production typically runs 20–30 days after you approve the sample, depending on quantity, decoration and the time of year. Your account manager confirms exact dates with your quote.
How does Adiwe ensure product quality?
Every order passes three checkpoints: incoming fabric inspection (weight, shade, defects), in-line inspection during sewing (stitching, measurements, print placement), and a final AQL 2.5 inspection against your approved sample before packing. Lab tests for colourfastness, shrinkage and pilling are available on request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour. As your quantities grow we offer volume pricing and reserved production slots, so larger and repeat orders are faster and cheaper per piece — your pattern, fabric and artwork stay on file.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We normally work on a deposit-plus-balance basis, with the balance due before shipment. We ship worldwide on EXW, FOB or DDP terms, and handle export documentation in-house. Tell us your destination and we will quote the terms that suit your market.
